Use of Facility & Services

High Tides & Good Vibes ("we," "us," or "our") operates a family entertainment center located at 13971 NC Hwy 50, Surf City, NC 28445. By entering our facility or using our services, you agree to abide by all posted rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or creates an unsafe environment for guests or staff.

SMS Program Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in — whether through our in-venue WiFi portal, a booking form, staff interaction, or any other method — you agree to receive SMS messages from High Tides & Good Vibes, including:

Post-visit review requests
Promotional offers and event announcements General facility
Updates and notifications

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact us at gm@hightidesandgoodvibes.com.

Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to visit our facility or use our services.

Bookings & Events

Event deposits and payments are subject to the terms outlined in your booking agreement or event contract. Cancellation policies vary by event type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

High Tides & Good Vibes is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit beyond what is required by applicable law. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Waivers may be required for certain attractions.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media — including logos, photos, videos, and text — is the property of High Tides & Good Vibes and may not be reproduced without written permission.

SMS Messaging — Carrier Liability Disclaimer

High Tides & Good Vibes offers SMS messaging as a convenience to our customers. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, network conditions, or device settings.

High Tides & Good Vibes is solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our SMS program. Carriers are not liable for any messages sent or received through this service.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details regarding your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

Age Restriction — SMS Program

Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from High Tides & Good Vibes, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in to our SMS program, we will remove them promptly.
